LitShirt Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cut-Off Time for Cancellations

At LitShirt, all products are made to order and dispatched as quickly as the next business day. Due to this rapid production cycle, cancellations are time-sensitive and must be made before the daily production cut-off.

Why?
Because we offer next-day dispatches, our production team begin processing your order shortly after it's placed. This ensures fast delivery but limits the cancellation window.

2. How to Cancel an Order

If your order is still within the eligible time window, please send an email regarding the at support@litshirt.in 

You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is successful.

3. Missed the Cut-Off?

Orders move to production at 4 PM daily. You can cancel your order anytime before 4 PM. for orders placed after 4 PM, cancellation are allowed until 10:59 PM the same day.
